Excellent hotel to rest peacefully, as it is very quiet and silent. The rooms provide the necessary comforts, even the hotel offers very nice details to the guests (slippers, bathrobe and all kind of bathroom utensils), the bed is very comfortable and of extraordinary dimensions. The hotel also includes a gym and sauna. It is difficult to find defects, although there are some aspects that could be improved.
In my opinion the only inconvenience would be in the bathroom, I think there could be some shelf where I could better accommodate my personal bathroom equipment. In any case, you can't say there isn't enough space. What I do think should be improved is the information about the use of the shower tap, it is not pleasant to have a cold jet of water on your head by surprise if you turn the tap in the wrong direction. It doesn't seem so complicated to put up a sign or sticker indicating that the shower hose is activated by turning the tap towards the wall, and that the fixed shower works by turning the tap in the opposite direction.

location is extraordinary, close to all the places I had to go. the building is beautiful: wonderful the murals rescued from the Fournier factory, they are a treasure, very nice the hall with the stained-glass windows, pictorial trompe-l'oeil and glass elevators. reception staff, especially Luis, are very friendly. I don't usually like hotels where the doors of the rooms lead directly to a large lobby (a bad experience in such a hotel, where all the noises from the lobby could be heard in the room), here the doors really isolate and noise from the lobby did not reach the inside of the room. Congratulations. Great and quality bathroom amenities. comfortable beds. wardrobes in the room were very well designed.
breakfast buffet is quality, (very fresh fruit, natural juices, excellent scrambled eggs, Idiazabal cheese), coffee could be better. I would have liked to find some typical pasta of the area in the sweet section of the buffet, I think the gastronomic culture of the area should always be present.

Breakfast. bed was wide and pillows were soft and big. interior of the hotel, reception, nice. Although the entrance was a little hidden... good and abundant breakfast, it was worth the supplement. We were treated very kindly and in general it looked very clean and well cared for. We didn't hear any noise at night.
Pretty basic bathroom basics, there was no hair softener, no sewing kit, TV and shows that were on were no big deal... When we got back to the hotel at night we had to open the windows wide because there was a bad smell in the room. like dirty socks, We don't know if because of the carpet. because of the air conditioning, we hadn't left any shoes or dirty clothes in the air... it was a room smell, After having more of the same for breakfast. We opened wide and room was ventilated immediately.

hotel is very well located and quiet. breakfast could have been better, everything a little crowded, problems to enter because there were many people, juice was not natural. rooms were fine, I'd rather have a shower in the bathrooms. Nearby there is a bar and in the piano bar of the hotel it is possible to eat some little thing. There are no food stores nearby. We found a parking space nearby, although it's not easy. To go downtown it will only take you a few minutes through a park. city that I recommend you visit, make the walk to the church of San Prudencio and park of Salburua where you can enjoy nature in its purest form.
In the bathroom there was a bathtub and I would have preferred a shower. I asked for it because there must be some rooms they have but they didn't give me those. The juice at breakfast was unnatural. We had to wait to go in for breakfast, the dining room is not very big and breakfast is all crowded.

Hotel located about 10 minutes walk from the historical centre of Vitoria, a city highly recommended to visit in a day or two, both for its culture and its gastronomy. Free parking can be found in the vicinity of the hotel. Functional room, quite comfortable mattress and spacious bathroom.
On the second night it was very windy and windows and door of the room were moving in the wind, making quite a lot of noise, denotes the poor insulation of the room. room should be better soundproofed. It was very hot in the room and we had the heating off; we talked about it at the reception and they told us that the air conditioning was central and that the only thing we could do was open the window... I think this is not enough for a 4-star hotel. Everyone should be able to regulate the temperature in their own room. Don't take breakfast for 15 euros, it's too expensive, taking into account that there are a couple of bars in the area where for 3 euros you can have a coffee, juice and skewer to choose from.
